A&M Storage And Towing Inc provides vehicle purchasing, towing, and storage services. Price estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and may vary upon inspection.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle, including ownership status, condition, and pickup location.
SMS Program: Vehicle Pickup and Towing Coordination
A&M Storage And Towing Inc sends and receives non-promotional SMS/text messages to coordinate vehicle pickups and towing services requested by customers.
Messages may include pickup coordination, driver arrival estimates, arrival notifications, requests for the vehicle's exact location, and questions about vehicle keys or title.
Drivers communicate through company phone numbers. Customers can reply to these messages to communicate with the driver handling their pickup.
No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this SMS program.
SMS Consent and Opt-In
Customers may opt in through either of the following methods:
- Verbal consent: During a recorded call about a requested vehicle pickup or towing service, dispatch staff explain the SMS program and ask for permission to send text messages. Customers must affirmatively agree before messages are sent. Call recordings are retained as evidence of consent.
- Website consent: Customers enter their mobile number on our contact form and voluntarily select the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
Providing a phone number, calling our business, requesting a quote, submitting a form without selecting the SMS checkbox, or agreeing to these Terms and Conditions does not by itself constitute SMS consent.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. Customers who decline SMS communications may coordinate their pickup by phone.
SMS consent applies only to A&M Storage And Towing Inc. It does not authorize messages from affiliates, partners, or other companies.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on the coordination needs of your requested vehicle pickup or towing service.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging and data plan.
Opt-Out and Resubscription
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this SMS program at any time. You may receive a final message confirming your unsubscribe request. No further messages will be sent under this program unless you opt in again.
Reply START to resubscribe.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your requested service. Please call us to coordinate your pickup by phone.

We may update these Terms and Conditions by posting a revised version on this page. Changes to these terms do not authorize SMS messages beyond the consent provided by the customer.
