Vehicle details, ownership information, and pickup location.
Information about your requested vehicle purchase, pickup, towing, or storage service.
Communications relating to your request, including SMS messages and recorded telephone calls.
Records of your SMS consent and opt-out requests.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

SMS Communications and Consent

Our SMS program provides non-promotional messages about vehicle pickups and towing services requested by customers. Messages may include pickup coordination, driver arrival estimates, arrival notifications, requests for the vehicle's exact location, and questions about vehicle keys or title.

Drivers communicate through company phone numbers. Customer replies are routed to the driver handling the pickup.

Customers may consent to SMS communications by:

Affirmatively agreeing during a recorded telephone call after dispatch staff explain the SMS program and request permission. Call recordings are retained as evidence of consent.
Voluntarily selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form.

Providing a phone number, calling our business, requesting a quote, or submitting a form without selecting the SMS checkbox does not by itself constitute SMS consent.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. Customers who decline SMS communications may coordinate their pickup by phone.

Consent applies only to A&M Storage And Towing Inc. No marketing or promotional messages are sent under this SMS program.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when necessary to fulfill your requested service, support our communications systems, or comply with legal obligations.

Service-related disclosures may include providing necessary pickup information to the driver handling your request and processing communications through service providers.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Any sharing necessary to operate our services does not authorize another company to send you marketing messages or use your SMS consent for its own messaging program.
